1Hizmetin tanımı

Flexomi; egzersiz programı görüntüleme, tamamlanma takibi, beslenme planı, randevu organizasyonu, bildirim ve gelişim kaydı sunan bir organizasyon ve takip platformudur. Danışanlar, kişisel antrenörler, fizyoterapistler ve spor salonları Hizmeti farklı rollerle kullanabilir.

2Tıbbi sorumluluk reddi

Flexomi tıbbi bilgi, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz; herhangi bir rahatsızlığı iyileştirme iddiasında bulunmaz. Egzersiz ve beslenme içerikleri, birlikte çalışmayı seçtiğiniz bağımsız profesyonel ya da sizin tarafınızdan hazırlanır. Yeni bir programa başlamadan önce kendi durumunuzu değerlendirin ve gerekiyorsa bir uzmana danışın. Acil bir durumda 112'yi arayın.

3Hesap

Hesap oluştururken verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olması gerekir. Hesabınızın ve şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz; ayrıntılar için Hesap silme sayfasına bakın.

4Profesyoneller ve salonlar

Profesyoneller ve salonlar, danışanlarına sundukları programların, beslenme planlarının ve diğer içeriklerin doğruluğundan ve uygunluğundan kendileri sorumludur. Danışan ile profesyonel arasındaki ilişki Flexomi'den bağımsızdır.

5Abonelikler ve ödemeler

Danışan özellikleri ücretsizdir. Profesyonel özellikler ve Salon Pro ücretli abonelikle sunulabilir. Abonelik ücreti, deneme süresi ve yenileme koşulları satın alma sırasında açıkça gösterilir. App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılan satın almalar ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir ve iptal işlemleri mağaza hesap ayarlarından yapılır.

6Kabul edilemez kullanım

• Hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak
• Başkalarının hesaplarına izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak
• Hizmetin güvenliğini veya işleyişini bozmaya yönelik girişimlerde bulunmak
• Üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemek

7Fikri mülkiyet

Flexomi adı, logosu, yazılımı ve tasarımı Flexomi'ye aittir. Kullanıcıların ve profesyonellerin yüklediği içeriklerin hakları sahiplerinde kalır; bu içerikler yalnızca Hizmetin sunulması amacıyla işlenir.

8Hizmetin değiştirilmesi ve sonlandırılması

Flexomi, Hizmetin özelliklerini geliştirebilir veya değiştirebilir. Bu koşulların ihlali halinde hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.

9Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Flexomi, ilgili mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Hizmetin kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

10Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır. Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.

1The Service

Flexomi is an organization and tracking platform for viewing exercise programs, tracking completion, nutrition plans, appointment organization, notifications and progress logging. Clients, personal trainers, physiotherapists and gyms may use the Service in different roles.

2Medical disclaimer

Flexomi does not provide medical information, diagnosis or treatment, and makes no claim to improve any condition. Exercise and nutrition content is prepared by the independent professional you chose to work with, or by you. Before starting a new program, assess your own situation and consult a qualified person if needed. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3Account

The information you provide when creating an account must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app; see Account deletion for details.

4Professionals and gyms

Professionals and gyms are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the programs, nutrition plans and other content they provide to their clients. The relationship between a client and a professional is independent of Flexomi.

5Subscriptions and payments

Client features are free. Professional features and Salon Pro may be offered as paid subscriptions. Subscription price, trial period and renewal terms are clearly shown at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's terms, and cancellations are managed in your store account settings.

6Unacceptable use

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to access other users' accounts without permission
• Attempting to disrupt the security or operation of the Service
• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights

7Intellectual property

The Flexomi name, logo, software and design belong to Flexomi. Content uploaded by users and professionals remains the property of its owners and is processed only to provide the Service.

8Changes to and termination of the Service

Flexomi may improve or change features of the Service. Accounts may be suspended or closed if these terms are violated.

9Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flexomi is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
