KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
Flexomi (“Platform”), 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusudur.
Bu metin, hesap oluşturmadan önce sizi kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi hakkında aydınlatmak için sunulur.
1İşlenen veriler
Kimlik (ad soyad, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet), iletişim (e-posta, telefon, adres, şehir), hesap ve güvenlik bilgileri, profesyonel–danışan eşleşmesi, randevu ve görüşme kayıtları, egzersiz planı ve tamamlanma durumu, ilerleme kayıtları, program notları, abonelik durumu ile cihaz bildirimi için teknik veriler (cihaz platformu ve bildirim jetonu).
2Amaçlar
Hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama; profesyonel ile danışanın eşleşmesi; egzersiz ve randevu süreçlerinin yürütülmesi; ilerleme takibi; bildirim ve hatırlatmalar; yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi; uygulamanın güvenliğinin sağlanması.
3Hukuki sebepler
Hizmet sözleşmesinin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c). Verileriniz olmadan kayıt tamamlanamaz; çünkü Platform egzersiz ve randevu süreçlerini yürütmek için bu verilere ihtiyaç duyar.
4Aktarım
Bağlı olduğunuz profesyonel(ler) hizmetin ifası için verilerinize erişebilir. Barındırma, e-posta ve bildirim altyapısı sağlayıcılarına (yurt içi/yurt dışı aktarımlar dahil) KVKK’ya uygun şekilde aktarım yapılabilir. Verileriniz pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü kişilere satılmaz.
5Saklama
Hesabınız aktifken ve ilgili mevzuattaki saklama süreleri boyunca işlenir. Silme talebiniz yasal istisnalar saklı kalmak kaydıyla değerlendirilir.
6Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınızı (erişim, düzeltme, silme, aktarımı öğrenme, itiraz, rızayı geri alma) Flexomi destek kanalları üzerinden kullanabilirsiniz. Rızanızı geri almanız, geri alma tarihinden önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Flexomi (“Platform”) is the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
This notice informs you, before account creation, about the processing of your personal data.
1Data processed
Identity (full name, date of birth, gender), contact (email, phone, address, city), account and security data, professional–client matching, appointment and meeting records, exercise plans and completion status, progress logs, program notes, subscription status, and technical data for device notifications (device platform and notification token).
2Purposes
Account creation and authentication; matching professionals and clients; running exercise and appointment workflows; progress tracking; notifications and reminders; complying with legal obligations; securing the application.
3Legal bases
Establishment and performance of the service agreement (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Without your data, registration cannot be completed because the Platform needs this data to run exercise and appointment processes.
4Transfers
Your linked professional(s) may access your data to deliver the service. Hosting, email and notification providers may receive data (including domestic/international transfers) in accordance with KVKK. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
5Retention
Data is processed while your account is active and for periods required by applicable law. Deletion requests are assessed subject to legal exceptions.
6Your rights
You may exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (access, rectification, erasure, learning about transfers, objection, withdrawing consent) via Flexomi support channels. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
